Lovely and peaceful retreat, with stunning scenery and great amenities. the pool was clean and the garden well, maintained, with plenty of shade from the trees. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well, equipped kitchen, which made preparing my own meals a breeze. Best of all was the comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
There were a few negatives that detracted from my experience. the lack of on, site staff made check, in and any issues that arose quite difficult to resolve.

There were some issues with the cleanliness in common areas and the sound isolation could be improved.

Had an amazing Xmas getaway with my partner. The views were breathtaking and we loved the fact that there were plenty of leisure activities like table tennis, basketball, and volleyball. The food was delicious and freshly made, with the added bonus of it being homemade. The location was perfect as it was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city life, providing a peaceful escape. The chalets were comfortably furnished, and the surrounding area was well kept.
Although the Wi-Fi connection was adequate, it could have been a bit better. The cleaning could have been a little bit more thorough, as there were some minor stains.
